TRAVELING BY AIR?
You will need to schedule your flights considering the following:
Set your ARRIVAL into Orlando International (MCO) no later than 2:00pm Thursday to allow sufficient time for your transportation or to pick up a rental vehicle as well as make the drive to the Orlando venue location.
Suggested for DEPARTURES from Orlando International: Flights departing Sunday evening after 4:00pm will allow attendees to participate through the end of the event. You won’t want to miss a moment of it!
