Way of a Sempitir Encounter
Fall 2024

Get ready for an incredibly bonding and intimate time for connecting conversations, while adventuring together through the peak foliage in East Tennessee. Come explore relational fun and freedom with your Way of a Sempitir Tribe. We can’t wait to walk out what we are learning together in nature with God and friends. The fall encounter registration includes 3 nights lodging plus 2 lunches.

SPACE IS VERY LIMITED – don’t hesitate to reserve your spot.

REGULAR REGISTRATION FEES OF $550 will be installed on September 1, 2024.

 REGISTRATION INFORMATION

WHO: For members of the Way of Sempitir Crew 1 & Crew 2.

WHERE & WHEN:  CHOOSE between 2 events in the Cumberland Mountain/Plateau of East Tennessee.

OPTION 1: Thursday to Sunday (October 10th – October 13th)

OPTION 2: Sunday to Wednesday (October 13th – October 16th).

Check-in between 4-6pm Thursday/Sunday.
Check-out by 11a Sunday/Wednesday.

WHAT IS INCLUDED:  3 nights accommodations (multiple occupancy) and 2 lunches.

Choice of sharing a king bedroom or sharing a double bedroom with your own double bed. If space allows, and you’d prefer a private bedroom, you will register twice for the same event and notify us that you want a private King room to yourself.

Early Registration: $497 through August 31st. Regular Registration (Starting September 1st): $550

  • Prices are per person, based on double occupancy room sharing for three nights with 2 lunches included.
  • Space for these encounters is limited (6 – 10 spots only, depending on bed choices) so registration will be on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • Due to financial commitments required to secure the venue and prepare for hosting an event, registration
    fees are non-refundable    .

TRAVELING BY AIR?
You will need to schedule your flights considering the following:

The nearest airport to Crossville is Knoxville (TYS) Airport which is 59.2 miles away. Other nearby airports include Chattanooga (CHA) (64.1 miles) and Nashville (BNA) (93.1 miles).

Set your flight ARRIVAL no later than 3:00pm to allow sufficient time for your transportation or to pick up a rental vehicle as well as make the drive to the venue near Crossville.

Suggested for DEPARTURES: Flights departing after 3:00p will allow participation through the end of the event. You won’t want to miss a moment of it!
